What to Expect from Your Visits

1. EVALUATION: Each patient's care begins with a specific evaluation, which includes history, specific objective tests and movement exams. The physical therapist will then correlate what you tell them with what they find during testing. From here they set GOALS specific to your objective findings, pre-injury function and most importantly what you want to achieve from your care.
2. EDUCATION: We teach everyone about the following:
   1. What is found on your evaluation and during each visit.
   2. What our findings mean for your recovery.
   3. What you will need to do to get better, restore function and prevent recurrence of the problem.
3. TREATMENT: includes movement, exercise, teaching, specialized mobilization and manual therapy techniques. In addition, instruction in how to return to or begin exercise / fitness activities while protecting and preventing re-injury / re-aggravation
