Ryan Beck, DPT, Dip MDT received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific in 2005. He completed the diploma program in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy through the McKenzie Institute. He practiced for six years in Northern California where he was the director of an outpatient physical therapy clinic. He is pursuing additional training and treats patients based on the most recent scientific evidence that will optimize outcomes and prevent future problems. He enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, tennis, and surfing.
Judy Cirullo, PT, Cert MDT, CMP, CFE, FABS founder of Oregon Spine and Physical Therapy, graduated from University of Illinois Medical Center in 1979 with her degree in Physical Therapy. She is Credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (McKenzie Technique) and is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner. In addition, she is a Certified Functional Evaluator and a Fellow of the American Back Society. She is founder and past president of the Aquatic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Her focus and expertise include treating mechanical problems related to the spine and extremities. She contributed a chapter to Aquatic Rehabilitation, 1997, Guest Editor for Orthopedic Physical Therapy Clinics of North America, 1994, published professional articles. She enjoys hiking, family time, designing specific exercise programs, mentoring and coaching.
Bruce Brubeck, PT graduated from Fresno State in 1979 with a Physical Therapy degree. He formerly owned Brubeck Physical Therapy and was Site Coordinator for HealthSouth Rehab Centers in Lane County. His patients benefit from his 30+ years of practice, multiple post graduate studies, training and extensive experience in treating orthopedic and sports injuries. He is the lead clinician for the clinic’s “Aging Athlete” program. An avid tennis player, he has captained the Southern Oregon Area Champion USTA Men’s 3.0 Tennis Team. Bruce officially retired at the end of 2015, but will still be seen in the clinic from time to time for vacation coverage for other staff.
Jorge Ortega, DPT, OCS earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College in 2012. His doctoral project was titled “How to Better Manage Your Glycemic Levels: An Exercise Guide for Those Who Live with Type 2 Diabetes.” His Bachelor of Science degree in Biology is from Oswego State College in New York. He has worked as a staff Sports/Orthopedic physical therapist in a Stamford, Connecticut clinic. He received training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and is an APTA, Orthopedic Section Board Certified Specialist. He has additional training in the treatment of scoliosis and sacroiliac pain and the use of ergonomics in physical therapy. Jorge and his wife enjoy kayaking, camping, working-out, reading and cooking.
Cody Moldenhauer, DPT started with us on May 2nd. He comes to us from Colorado, but is originally from Wisconsin.
Michelle Grant, PTA Michelle Grant, PTA is a 2011 graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Lane Community College. She is also a member of the APTA/OPTA organizations. Having experience in the acute care setting (hospital), she is now excited to help support patients in returning to a higher/stronger level of physical functioning through a combination of exercise, manual therapy, and body mechanic/postural education. She continues to pursue additional training in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy and manual therapy techniques. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, hiking, gardening, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
Annie Lee, Exercise Specialist, comes to us as a Graduate of Northwest Christian University with a degree in business management. She is certified as an AEA Water Fitness Instructor, ACE Personal Trainer and Arthritis Aquatic Instructor. She loves to encourage all those whom she works with to strive for a better quality of life. Born and raised in the Eugene community, she knows the many opportunities that the area has to offer. She enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her family and playing with her dog. Annie is hoping to help make your visit a positive and encouraging one.
Jasmine Hatch, Physical Therapy Aide, CrossFit Level 2 Certification has taught swimming and aerobics classes and is certified as a fitness instructor by the American Council on Exercise and the National Strength and Fitness Council. She is certified by the Red Cross in Lifeguarding and recently completed her certification as a Level 2 CrossFit Instructor. She assists clinic patients with their rehabilitation program exercises and enjoys getting to know the patients she helps. Jasmine is working on completing a degree in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon. Enthusiastic about fitness, she hikes, bicycles, runs marathons and takes part in the CrossFit strength and conditioning program.
Mark Syn, Physical Therapy Aide, assists patients with their exercise programs prescribed by the physical therapists. He likes meeting different patients and helping them progress through their recovery. Mark is currently a student at the University of Oregon, majoring in Human Physiology, with a minor in Chemistry. He is very active and enjoys hiking, rock climbing, golf, surfing and snowboarding. He frequently takes along his rescue dog when he hikes. Mark also plays the guitar and knows a wide range of both old and new popular music.
