Meet Our Clinical Staff
Judy Cirullo, PT, Cert MDT, CMP
Judy Cirullo, PT, Cert MDT, CMP is the owner of Oregon Spine and Physical Therapy. She graduated from University of Illinois Medical Center in 1979 with her degree in Physical Therapy. She is credentialed in Mechanical diagnosis and Treatment (Cert MDT) and is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP). She is also a Certified Functional Evaluator (CFE). She is founder and past president of the Aquatic Section of the APTA. Her focus and expertise are mechanical problems relating to the spine, and extremities coordinated with specialized reactivation and fitness training. She has published book chapters, two books and articles related to treatment of pre/post partum and osteoporotic female.
Bruce Brubeck, PT
Bruce Brubeck, PT graduated from Fresno State in 1979 with his degree in Physical Therapy. He formerly owned Brubeck Physical Therapy and was clinical coordinator for HealthSouth Rehab Centers in Lane County, Oregon. His multiple post graduate studies, training and experience in orthopedic and sports injuries, enhances the results he gets with his patients and thus has been the emphasis of his practice for the past 20+ years. He heads up "The Aging Athlete" program.
Emmy Brandon, DPT
Originally from upper Michigan, Emmy received her undergraduate degree from Northern Michigan University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Marquette University in 2007. All of her post graduate experience has been in outpatient orthopedics with an emphasis on the foot and ankle where she had the opportunity to work with a gait analysis program. She is pursuing additional post graduate training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment for the spine and extremities.
Todd Morse, MPT
Todd received his undergraduate degree in Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Oregon in 1993 and his Master's of Physical Therapy from the Mayo School of Health Related Sciences in 1997. His post-graduate experience and training has been in outpatient orthopedics with and emphasis on knee and shoulder problems. He is currently pursuing additional post-graduate training in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and work performance programs.
Rhonda Fieldler, HFS
Rhonda graduated from Lane Community College in March of 2010 with her Associate of Applied Science degree as a Fitness Specialist. She went on to become certified as a Health and Fitness Specialist (HFS) by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She has experience in developing Fitness programs for individuals in the rehab and athletic populations. Her main area of interest is to motivate people to live a more healthy life through exercise.
