How To Get Find Us: We are located on Country Club Parkway, off Country Club Road, behind Women's Care and west of (next door) Willamette Valley Cancer Center, inside the Ward Insurance Building.
From I-105 E: Take Exit 2 (Coburg Rd). Stay right onto Southwood Ln. Turn right onto Country Club Road, then left onto Country Club Pkwy.
From I-105 W: Take Exit 2 (Coburg Rd). Turn left under the overpass onto Country Club Road. Turn left onto Country Club Pkwy. We are located inside the Ward Insurance Building on the right hand side.
