• Our therapists are preferred providers for most insurance plans.
• As a courtesy to our patients, we verify insurance benefits before treatment. On your first visit, our staff will review those benefits with you so that any financial obligations will be known before you begin therapy.*
• In addition, many insurance plans require prior authorization, which our staff will put in place before starting treatment.
• Prior authorizations and referrals are not the same thing.

  A Referral is the prescription that your doctor gives you to come and see us.

  A prior authorization (PA) means your insurance company has to authorize your visit to us BEFORE your first visit.

Payment Plans

HIGH DEDUCTIBLES: after make payment arrangements: Upon your first visit, we may ask you to set up payment arrangements for balances due after insurance has addressed dates of service.

SELF-PAY: For cash paying patients, we offer a "Prompt Pay" option. Please call our office for current fees.
